Hi folks, at last an update from the intrepid travellers...we've been kept very busy and had some computer glitches...but here we are! Jo,Allan and I had an uneventful if tedious 30 plus hour trip here...and then absolute bliss ever since.

Our billeting families are wonderful and being very generous and kind. On Saturday we were treated to a breathtaking trip through the Rocky Mountains. These photos do little to capture the awesomeness of these magnificent snow encrusted mountains. We were quite euphoric with the intense cold and abundance of snow.

I am way past my bedtime, so thats it for now...we should be able to post daily from this point on.
